
Maintaining a large-scale restaurant is no easy feat and one person cannot do it alone. Our Bussers work together at a fast pace to maintain the appearance of our restaurants, both indoor and outdoor so that our Guests enjoy dining in a clean and festive atmosphere.
In serving food, we believe that people eat with their eyes, so food preparation is a critical factor in delivering a quality product. Our Cooks work hard to ensure that our Guests enjoy delicious menu items that are perfectly prepared and made from the highest quality ingredients.
Our Dishwashers are the backbone of the organization. They ensure that our team members have all of the necessary tools to perform their jobs and serve our Guests.
Upon entering one of our restaurants, our Guests are immediately greeted by a Door Host and welcomed to Pappas. Remember the old saying, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”? We take that to heart by looking for friendly individuals who like to smile.
Serving at Pappas includes much more than just taking and filling orders. To better serve our Guests, Servers are expected to treat each person that enters our doors as an honored Guest, one who deserves the best hospitality we can offer! Servers enhance the Guests’ dining experience by making suggestions, anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service.
