With Pappas, you have to be able to think on your feet, motivate and lead a large team, make sound management decisions and provide superior service. But don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you’ll need to know! In fact, during your initial training, you’ll spend 4 months rotating through each area of the restaurant, learning the various positions on our dining room floor as well as some of our many kitchen systems. As an integral part of the team, you’ll also take on immediate responsibility with conducting new hire orientations, training and development of our team members, employee & guest relations, inventory management and much, much more.

Our Floor Managers supervise all dining room floor operations to ensure that our Guests receive outstanding service from the moment they walk through our front doors. They direct all staffing and management of floor personnel, Guest service, as well as safety and sanitation procedures.
Our Kitchen Managers are responsible for all kitchen operations to ensure that our Guests enjoy our delicious menu items that are perfectly prepared and made from the highest quality ingredients. They oversee all staffing and management of kitchen personnel, food preparation, inventory, safety and sanitation procedures, along with equipment maintenance.
Our General Managers are promoted from within to oversee all of the daily functions of the restaurant including personnel, service, food quality, sanitation, safety, financial aspects and more. General Managers operate the restaurants as if it is their own business. As a result, they share in the financial success of the restaurant, making earning potential unlimited!
Interested applicants should possess recent restaurant experience with a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree of Art or Science or a 2-year Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts.
