• Proposal summary on organizational letterhead.
  
  
• If applicable, a description of the project for which funds are being sought, its goals and objectives, an action plan to meet them, and a budget and timetable for the specific project. Include information on other sources of funding for the organization and the specific project.
  
  
• No more than two pages for this material, please.
  
  
• A copy of IRS tax-exempt letter, an annual report, a list of names and affiliations of officers and directors or trustees, and any other pertinent reports or pamphlets also should accompany proposals.

Proposals and supporting information will not be returned.
