Description
We are currently seeking friendly and detail-oriented individuals to join the Gift Card Department at our Main Office in Northwest Houston as a Seasonal Gift Card Associate this holiday season. The Seasonal Gift Card Associate will process and fulfill phone/online orders, provide support to our Guests, inventory and reconcile gift card items in a high-volume setting.
Responsibilities
• Maintains a positive, patient, and professional attitude toward Guests
• Responds promptly to Guests inquiries
• Processes orders in a timely manner
• Follows the established procedures to fulfill, inventory and reconcile gift card items
• Communicates needs with team members
• Ensures Guest satisfaction, makes recommendations and assists in answering questions
Requirements
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate in a confident and clear manner with Guests and Team Members
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
