Description
The Junior Facilities Kitchen Designer will assist the Senior Kitchen Designer in evaluating and implementing any
necessary changes to equipment, layout, infrastructure, and fabrication drawings.
Responsibilities
• Work alongside Senior Kitchen Designer and assist as directed.
• Field verify existing conditions to gather necessary information.
• Generate shop drawings for fabrication team.
• Create work orders for internal teams to repair and/or replace equipment including any associated scope.
Requirements

• Knowledge of food service design and kitchen equipment industry
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Analytical and excel at problem solving
• Detail oriented
• 2+ years of design-related experience in food service
• 5+ years of Auto CAD experience (2010 or newer)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to travel in and out of state
• A valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
