We’re searching for a talented and trustworthy team player who has the desire to continually develop new skills! Our locations include: Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Pappasito’s Cantina, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse and Pappas Bar-B-Q. Our Service Technicians provide support to our restaurants. Responsibilities include maintaining and servicing restaurant kitchen equipment, including laundry equipment, beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, coolers and HVAC work. Daily travel is required to various restaurant locations, other company locations and parts houses.

• CFC Certification Type II or better
• 3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment a plus
• Must enjoy working in a team environment
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl, stoop, climb ladders and work in a variety of physical conditions. This is not a complete list of all physical considerations and further information can be provided upon request.
