TM: I feel like Michelin did a good job coming up with its stars, at least for Houston, last year. I’m not sure any one-star restaurant here gets to two, but a few places I could see jumping up include Truth BBQ, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse and Belly of the Beast. Burnt Bean Co. does sound like an obvious promotion. That said … I think one or two one-star restaurants outside of Houston get pushed to two stars. Mixtli in San Antonio? Hestia in Austin?
